2009 Special Needs Request
Special provisions are made for any student with a vision impairment; difficulty in reading and comprehending the written word; mild to moderate hearing loss; illegible handwriting and various other medical conditions. Please complete the Special Needs Request Form below and post, fax or email it back to EAA no later than four weeks before the official date which is eight weeks prior to the test sitting date. As soon as your request is approved, a Customer Service Representative will send an approval letter for your records.
